Results…

  • Higher level of engagement on Teams calls

  • Encouraged people to share ideas

  • Supported team-building

  • Increased human connection

  • Reduced digital fatigue

DWP's ways of working are now accessible and understood by all. A monthly Introduction to Agile session for staff is run across all functions - tech and non tech, with a 98% satisfaction score and a 92% usefulness score. The facilitator is described as 'brilliantly engaging' due to the use of visuals instead of text, talking and PowerPoint.

What they said…

WorkVisible Studios training provided our team with the skills and the confidence to use some visuals instead of words - even the people who thought they couldn't draw! I was definitely a lot less engaging before the course. It has also caused me to be much more conscious and reflective about the effectiveness of my communication, triggering me to look at other aspects, such as storytelling. We have learnt what the secret is - it is really about thinking, not artistry, and your visual skills can have big business benefits.

– Barry Traish, Head of Agile Delivery, DWP
