🚀Transform Your Brainstorms in 5 Simple Visual Steps 🚀

⚡️Tired of boring brainstorms? Use our easy-to-follow 5-step method! - WATCH the video below to find out more! No drawing skills required! ⚡️

Are you tired of brainstorming sessions where…

  • Great ideas are not heard because people don’t feel comfortable enough to speak up

  • The group nod along and agree with each other stopping new ideas that are different from coming out

  • The session is a free-for-all where people shout out their ideas and a lot of time is wasted

  • People have to talk to get their ideas across so useful points get lost and the start of the conversation gets forgotten meaning connections can’t be made

  • By the end of the session there are not many ideas to choose from to take forward and put into action

Flip it… into a (brain) storm of creativity, using visuals!

  • People feel comfortable sharing their ideas since they can take part without having to speak as much

  • People come up with new ideas that they wouldn’t usually think of since brainstorming with visuals uses parts of our brain that we don’t normally access

  • The group go through five clear steps and this keeps everyone engaged and on track and makes the most of the time

  • You can see connections between different ideas and this sparks new ideas since everything is visible in front of you at once

  • Drawing is proven to save information in our long-term memory more than any other way of taking in information and so people will remember the session

Over the years, these are some of the large companies across the world that have come to us for visual facilitation and training

*Me leaving another boring brainstorming session*

We’ve all been there. The clock ticks away as we repeat ideas we’ve tried and tested before, squeezing out one more to add to the rather small list.

Leaving with the hope that just maybe, next time, ideas will flow and something fresh will come out.

“Fat chance!”, you say.

Instead, try this visual brainstorming technique.

We walk you through a five-step method for coming up with amazing ideas for solving a problem using drawing, play - and breaking things then putting them back together again!

Where this guide came from…

Back in 2020, our late and great Dad and founder, Andy de Vale, introduced this session to a team of educators, who were excited by the idea.

During his 18 years as a business consultant, Andy used visuals to get brilliant results for companies around the world, driven by his generosity and magic way with people and his strong belief that every person has their own piece of magic to add to the potion.

His son, Marcus de Vale, has developed this into a training, built on his knowledge from working alongside Andy since the birth of WorkVisible in 2017.

Our engagement with Andy was all about making our work visible. Through practical tools and exercises we quickly realised that we were planning to do three years work in one year. Impossible. That was his secret. His magic. The tools helped us to remove the fog of how people plan work and made us face the reality of trying to achieve the impossible. The visual forms of communication were memorable and made it far easier for us all to get on the same page. The interactive learning through teamwork built strong bonds of understanding amongst our company. Furthermore, our rate of growth grew exponentially from there on.
