Workshop Materials

This page details the recommended and minimum materials you need to get the most out of the upcoming workshop with WorkVisible.

The video below walks you through the different materials and how they might be used. It starts with 5 minutes about large format materials, then moves on to 3 minutes about small format materials.

Everything is itemised at the bottom of the page, including links to Neuland markers and products. We recommend these because they are high quality, are sustainably produced and are refillable, reducing plastic waste.

Large Format (Flipchart)

Minimum

• Flipchart paper

• Flipchart stand, or flipchart door hooks

• Black chisel tip marker

• Large grey marker (colour 101)

• One or two large colour markers, the following colours are good to choose from: 200, 301, 401, 500, 501, 600

Recommended
All the minimum materials above, plus:

• Large black outliner chisel tip marker

• Small black marker

• More coloured markers the following colours are good to choose from: 200, 301, 401, 500, 501, 600 - or other colours you like :)

• Pastels

• A box for your materials

These materials will give you a great experience in the workshop, and will meet most of your needs for facilitating visually

Small Format (A3 / A4)

Minimum

• One black pen from the recommended list below

• One colour from the recommended list below

• Any kind of notepad or paper (printer paper is perfectly good).

Recommended

• Black marker

• Black fine-liner (recommend 0.5 or 0.7 width)

• Grey brush pen (colour 108)

• Colour brush pen, the following colours are the ones we use most: 303, 403, 600, 702

• Clipboard (A3/A4) with recycled printer paper
